Our Home on Eighth, also known as Maitland Shelter, is staffed 24/7 and features 14 rooms (28 beds) to help individuals who are experiencing chronic or episodic homelessness. This facility also offers multiple shared living spaces including a kitchen, living room and an outdoor patio. Internet services are available.
All clients are paired with a case manager who will assist them with appointments, accessing health care, finding appropriate clothing, completing paperwork, exploring employment opportunities and finding longer-term housing. Our goal is to help our clients take steps towards healthy, independent living.
