Safe and affordable, Phoenix House provides transitional housing with 21 beds and access to a shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
This low-barrier home gives residents who are living with physical, mental or other challenges a supportive foundation designed to meet their unique needs while they search for a more permanent home.
All residents of Phoenix House have access to a case manager who can assist with accessing health care, support programs, counselling and other services. To also support residents, PASS provides sheets, beds and toiletries. Residents supply and prepare their own food.
