We are very pleased to share that the donation of the Nanoose property for our new Therapeutic Recovery Community (TRC), called Seven Springs, has now been completed.
A Therapeutic Recovery Community (TRC) is a treatment model designed to provide comprehensive support and assistance to individuals recovering from addiction. TRCs offer a structured and therapeutic environment where individuals can focus on their recovery and develop the skills necessary to maintain long-term sobriety. The donation of this property is a major step forward in expanding supportive recovery options on Vancouver Island!
Riley Forbes, former Manager of Shelter Farm, will step into the new role of TRC Manager at Seven Springs, which we are very excited about – welcome back, Riley! His experience and commitment will help shape a strong, supportive environment for future residents.
We’re in the final steps to meet all safety and regulatory requirements before welcoming our first residents. Stay tuned for more information, it’s all very exciting!
