On June 20 from 9am-3pm, in partnership with the Wesco Food Society, participating local elementary schools will be visiting Shelter Farm for a farm tour.
Students will learn about local food production, plant life cycles, composting, soil science, crop varieties and biodiversity. It’s going to be a great day! Should you be interested in joining, volunteers are welcome.
