Description
Mizuna is a Japanese mustard green that has feathery looking leaves and tastes more mild than arugula. Toss it in a salad or risotto. It also pairs well with mushrooms for a cream sauce served over linguine. Mizuna is an excellent source of Vitamins A, C, K and fibre.
